Jim, Sandy and Shannon want your experience to be everything you've dreamed of! If you have an idea, just ask, and they will do their best to accommodate your wishes. All wedding rentals include the use of both the Crystal Room and the Pine Room. If your dream is an outdoor wedding, imagine your ceremony under a rustic grain bin gazebo surrounded by beautiful flower beds featuring our antique prairie wagon. You will have exclusive use of the venue for your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception, gift opening and brunch.
- $1,000 non-refundable deposit upon booking
- $500 refundable damage deposit due one week before event
- Entire weekend is yours, from decorationg & rehearsal dinner to gift openening or brunch the day after

- Extensive table decoration inventory is available for your use at no additional charge

- Facility is on one story; no steps to access
- Exclusive use of 27 acres of beautiful pines and nature at its best, to have your engagement photos taken as well as wedding day photos
- Choice of outdoor ceremony on Henrekin Pines' lawn under our Grain Bin Gazebo or indoors in our beautiful Pine Room
- Capacity of Henrekin Pines event venue is 240. If your guest list is over capacity, feel free to rent a tent for the lawn
- Bar service fees and setup (valued up to $700) is at no additional cost to you. Includes two bars, bartenders for 2 bars, if needed. Cost of liquor not included.
- Enjoy cocktail hour in our gorgeous Chandelier Room with Custom Tin Bar and/or outdoors on the Patio with Custom Grain Bin Bar
- Tables, Chairs & Liners
- 80 outdoor chairs available for your outdoor ceremony at no additoinal cost to you
- Portable Antique Canoe can be used for cake or appetizer table
- Elegant Bride’s Room set up for you and your attendants to spend the day getting ready

* In the event the lessee fails to pay the balance when due, the rental agreement shall be automatically terminated, and Henrekin Pines shall retain the non-refundable deposit.

Meet our event coordinator
Frequently found pinching herself to make sure she really has found her dream job, Bridal Consultant Rylee loves the way she is able to create magical experiences for every bride here at Henrekin Pines. Since 2016, Rylee has been working in the wedding industry, designing floral arrangements, planning weddings, and helping brides have a fun and stress free day as a day-of coordinator. Aside from the brides she meets & the weddings she gets to be apart of, she says it’s the hard working, like-minded Owner Jim Henrekin and his late wife Sandy Henrekin that make this a dream place to work.

With being at Henrekin Pines most weekends throughout the wedding season she is very familiar with the ins and outs of the venue which makes set up and consultations easy. She also offers Day-Of-Coordination, which includes an extensive list of services regarding your wedding weekend and making sure everything goes smoothly and as planned.

Upon booking your wedding day with Henrekin Pines, we invite you to celebrate your engagement by having your engagement pictures taken at Henrekin Pines. Photo opportunities are everywhere you turn on our "hill of pines." There is no additional charge, as this is part of your all-inclusive wedding package.
