Features beautiful log siding, wood ceiling beams and a 4-foot wagon wheel mason jar chandelier, along with additional ambient lighting. Opens up to the patio to extend your event outdoors.
No matter which room you choose, use the custom antique canoe table as an appetizer or cake table. A rustic weathered tin bar and custom bar tables are available for use inside with a custom grain bin bar for outdoor use. (You may bring your own liquor for a non-cash bar; otherwise, no outside alcohol is allowed.)
The Pines' front porch provides relaxing rocking chairs for casual conversation, or enjoy the firepit area.
Capacity is 220-240 in our climate-controlled (heated and air conditioned) facility. Indoor restrooms are ADA accessible. Ample parking is available.
Several photo opportunities abound, whether in the pines or on the beautifully landscaped lawn featuring a covered wagon, wedding arbor and custom grain bin gazebo.
When you book your wedding reception, you are invited to use the 27 acres of pines for your engagement and wedding pictures.
Shannon Schutz is excited to be the event coordinator for Henrekin Pines where she gets the opportunity to share in people's special days.
Shannon schedules and handles venue tours, with help from Jim Henrekin, and can assist in planning catering, DJ, photography and any other needs. The day of the event, she will be on hand to make sure everything is running smoothly. Shannon has been married since 2000 to Shane, and has three children, Sydney, Spencer and Sloan. Shane farms and, since 2003, Shannon has raised their children and taken care of their home.

Jim and Sandy want your experience to be everything you've dreamed of! If you have an idea, just ask, and they will do their best to accommodate your wishes. All wedding rentals include the use of both the Crystal Room and the Pine Room. If your dream is an outdoor ceremony, use the custom grain bin gazebo on the lawn or the wedding arbor on the hill among the pines. You will have exclusive use of the venue for your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception, gift opening and brunch.
* In the event the lessee fails to pay the balance when due, the rental agreement shall be automatically terminated, and Henrekin Pines shall retain the non-refundable deposit.
From a casual birthday party, an extravagant bridal shower, to a going-out-with-a-bang retirement party, we have the perfect setting for you.
Whether you are having a small business meeting for 20 people or a company Christmas party for 240, we are able to accommodate both.
The Henrekin Pines staff wants you to get the most out of your fundraising event. The venue will offer full access to the facility and venue coordinator for three fundraisers per year at NO CHARGE. Contact us with your information to receive an application.
